Our managed funds are structured as closed end investment vehicles, and in line with our philosophy, include the flexibility to respond to market conditions.

Each fund is managed by Markham and governed by a Markham trustee that is licensed and includes a majority of independent directors. This independent oversight is a core principle of our how Markham structures its investments, aligning interests and making the manager truly accountable. It has proven itself over many years in dealing with the dynamic relationship that exists between investors, the trustee and the manager.
